Introduction to the job

To provide efficient and quality PM service, logistic & administration support to the customer and enable sr. engineer to focus on technical diagnosis, structure issues and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer location. In addition, to improve CS well-being and enhance competitiveness of ASML in high competitive talent market

Role and responsibilities

1.On site at customerlocations (7x24) for customer service, following the shift team’s rules

2.Equipment PM andconducting routine entry level service actions

3.Use existingprocedures to perform predefined hardware actions & work assignment

4.Follow instructionsfor perfect part returns (PPR)

5.Receivesinstruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles

6.Support in-fablogistic to fill in engineering information for parts /tools return

7.Tooling and partspreparation for service actions

8.Works with alimited degree of supervision

9.Guides and supportsnew team members; may assist in their formal orientation and training

10.Has fullproficiency in specialty of technical processes or procedures throughjob-related training and considerable work experience

11.Ensuring compliancewith health and safety legislation/5S in the cleanroom

12.Administrationsupport /Daily operation system update

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degreein a relevant engineering discipline

1-2 yearssemiconductor industry working experience is a plus
