Operations & Sales is the largest cluster in the ASML organization with approximately 16,000 employees. As member of the HROS MT and the HR Asia/EU MT you coordinate and advice in the preparation, roll-out and follow up of the people agenda initiatives. You drive and coordinate the processes in the yearly HR cycle and consolidate the sector results at the highest level in the organization, with report-outs to the Operations leadership team. You act as a spin in the web, aligning stakeholders across sectors, countries and expertise areas. You are the go to person for the Head of HR Ops/Sales/Asia/EU, where you give proactive support and advice in various people related areas. Through data delivery, analytics and state-of-the art presentations you provide insights on which the business can act upon. You drive sector and expertise overarching improvement initiatives in a global playing field.

Role and responsibilities

In this exciting position you will give strategic business support and advice in 4 main areas:

Drive HR Processes & People Agenda

  • Drive, support and advice in the roll-out, execution and follow up of the yearly People Plan/ People agenda process. Identify overarching sector themes which in turn can be translated into improvement initiatives;
  • Ensure translation of key people initiatives into action plans with regular progress monitoring and status updates (in close cooperation with HROS MT and HR Asia-EU MT);
  • Consolidation and coordination of HR processes for all sectors (aggregated OPS & Sales level) for e.g. Succession, Potential identification, Engagement, Develop & Perform and Compensation;
  • Support / lead / give guidance in the preparation of deep-dives and updates to key stakeholders such as the Operations leadership team and the HRMT.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Responsible for reporting and analytics for Ops & Sales WW (incl. monthly reporting on KPIs into the Operations leadership team);
  • Drive the professionalization of the monthly MOP/mission control reporting according to the set standards and ensure alignment across sectors;
  • Improve the quality of HR services to countries and sectors by translating people data into valuable insights/analytics/advice.

Lead and/or participate in global projects linked to People Agenda, for example:

  • Onboarding;
  • People Plan;
  • Internal Mobility;
  • Organizational design and change journeys.

Global stakeholder management

  • Communication and change management support across sectors and countries to ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels in the organization;
  • Coordinate and consolidate diverse ad-hoc requests across sectors and countries depending on business needs.

Education and experience

>10years’ of HR experience in an international matrix organization

Preferably in different HR expertise areas with the following subjects:

  • Coordination & project management skills;
  • Data analytics & reporting;
  • Consulting / HR Business partnering;
  • Change management & presentation skills.
