Role and responsibilities

As a groupleader Mechanical System Layout, you are a member of the SRCP staff and support it’s strategicdevelopments
Guide the teamon layout studies and manage budgets for volume, mass, tolerances, seismic, andinstallation in order to find solutions for functionality and module changes.

  • Manage the team on these deliveries w.r.t. quality, timing and team spirit.
  • Enable the teamfor future developments via coaching, training, appraisals, workloadassessments

As a functionowner you own and drive the system layout of the ASML EUV Source systems aswell as the high-level buys of source assemblies from a supplier.

  • Guidemulti-discipline team together with supplier for successful deliveries &quality
  • Take charge toclose program milestones (or manage non-conformaties)
  • Support,organize structural WoW improvements related to the competencies and function
  • Chair andmature the function via active follow-up.
  • Represent theteam & function performance towards project organization, including afuture oriented mindset.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in validating complex products (like cars, aerospace)
  • At least 7 years working experience in related field
  • Being able to connect technical contents with managerial aspects (e.g. deepdive)
  • Managerial competences required
