This is an internship for an MBO student, preferably with a background in IT, who has strong communication skills in English and wants to participate in day to day operations and improvement projects in the customer support department.
For our customers Customer Support (CS) is the face of ASML – with the applications engineers handling the performance optimization and fab integration and the service engineers handling the maintenance of our semiconductor lithography systems at customer sites. The Customer Support Infrastructure Support department gives worldwide functional support (24x5hr) for all applications and infrastructure that are used by the CS workforce while performing their job. Our mission is to facilitate and improve the productivity of the users of the before mentioned applications and infrastructure in order to meet ASML’s obligations.
During this assignment you will:
- Participate in the day to day operations (e.g. call handling);
- Review and improve our work instructions and knowledge bases;
- Identify other potential areas of (process-) improvements and where possible help to improve.
You are a MBO student with preferably a background in IT.
This is an graduation or apprentice internship for at least 3 days a week, with a minimum duration of 3 months. The start date is to be discussed.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
