Role and responsibilities

Develop e-beam inspection and metrology solution to support advanced semiconductor manufacture.
Provide technical insight from application point of view, to guide future e-beam technology development, eg. SEM, defect detection, wafer handling, et al.
Track the advanced IC chip manufacturing process changes, highlight potential impact for e-beam inspection and metrology application, connecting customer use cases with ASML’s SEM technology development.
Technical bridge between SEM engineering team and application team, support e-beam simulation and condition optimization.
Engage with the customer for new opportunities for e-beam technology
Support new application/solution demo and application development activities
Support ASML’s standard wafer design and manufacture.
Knowledge transfer to engineering teams

Education and experience

Ph.D in a physics, material or electrical engineering


10+ years’ experience in IC chip manufacturing or R&D.
10+ years’ experience in e-beam technology application or related .
Demonstrated experience with new product introduction or new technology development.
