Leading Asia Sourcing and supply chain quality and logistic team for securing & continuous improving on supplier quality & logistics performance
Acting as a key player in supporting quality supplier manager and logistic supplier manager on material escalation, long term capacity strategies, and improvement plans
Collaborating with sourcing team for supplier developing plan & road maps accompanying with ASML & Factory priorities

Role and responsibilities

Developing S&SC Q&L members(skills, roles, structure) and team directions, team size 8~10
Responsible to review and drive teamon supplier quality and logistic issue improvement
Support in CME (critical materialescalation) Level 2 with global S&SC team; lead in level 3 withglobal ex-com
Manage dept daily kaizen operationsand dept. KPI
Support or lead in crossingfunctional communications between internal and external stakeholders
Assure resolutions and escalate ofany risks and roadblocks
Ensure sufficient bandwidth insidethe organization to execute the targeted road map and missions
Consolidate issue and solutionoverview and report to management team

Education and experience

Master degree in BusinessAdministration, Informational Systems and/or Technology, Computer Science andManagement

Over 7 years of relevant supply chain or industrial engineering experiences in the Semiconductor Equipment or Fab Manufacturing field.
Formal Project/Quality Management education and/or certification is preferred
Supply chain related escalation driving
People management experience is a plus
Proven skills in strategy formulation and execution

The main responsibilities of S&SC Team Leader is to secure material availability with good quality
