The Global Early Careers Manager is a key player to meet the business demand for early career talent in our fast growing global company.

Meet business demand for highly skilled technical people by developing and implementing global strategies for early career talent, together with HR and business stakeholders.

Role and responsibilities

Tasks include:

• Develop global early career strategy and blueprints;
• Align with HR and business stakeholders on design and implementation;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on all activities related to early career talent, eg campus recruitment, student programs, university relations, development programs, onboarding;
• Account management of key university relations.

The manager is part of the Talent Programs team, which is responsible for all engagement programs and school relations and located in the Recruitment organization.
Reports to: Global Manager HR Talent Engagement

Education and experience

Education:

• Master with either HR, business administration or technical background.

Experience:

• At least 7 years experience in a technical, HR and/or program management environment;
• Experience with strategic programs with complex stakeholder fields;
• Experience with change management in large, international organization.

• Proficiency in English.
