Role and responsibilities

This position will coordinates and supports the deployment of global HR change initiatives and provides project support for Taiwan HR initiatives and People Agenda.

Thisposition has two key areas of responsibilities:

GlobalHRizon Projects & local change management activities:
Support HRizon Change Lead for themanagement of local CIA (change impact assessment) analysis of theresults and meetings. Assess local situation and come out the strategyof mitigation plans.
Coordinate local changeactivities: including to organize the training and/or communicationsessions by different approaches and follow up and remind stakeholderswith actions; manage knowledge sharing and/or communication tools suchas Teams or SharePoint; work with vendor to support the above activitiesas necessary.
Develop and/or tailorfit-for-purpose local change and training materials:Develop localized materials fortraining and communication; Translate global materials into Mandarin;collect and create FAQs along with the project progress.

TaiwanHR Projects & Initiatives:
Collaborate and/or supportdeployment of global and Taiwan HR Roadmap initiatives.

Education and experience

A relevant Bachelor degree and above

3~7 years of HRexperience and expertise with the following subjects:
Project coordination and management experiences
Change initiatives
Facilitate workshops / trainings
Work in complex work environment withmultiple stakeholders
Data analytics & reporting
