Development & Engineering is always developing their leadership to be equiped to drive our ambitious technological roadmaps. Due to the steep growth ASML is going through, our first-line leadership is stretched to serve and support the teams succesfully. Therefore Development & Engineering investigates the step to formalize the position of a first line leader (Team Leader). This project is executed in close cooperation between Line Management, HR, Finance and additional support functions. You will be part of the Project Core team. Being part of this core team you will experience direct interactions with ASMLs employees on all (management) levels and you will get lots of room to take the lead and have impact on the implementation and succes of this project.
The main responsibility will be to take ownership for a project that is one of our key deliverables as HR team for this year. You will be a member of our HR team, which is operating in one of the most dynamic parts of ASML. Next to your project responsibility you will be able to work alongside with your HR colleagues who are more than willing and happy to introduce you to the HR Business Partnering within ASML and to let you actively participate in our daily business.
- a master student in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or something related;
- a self-starter, enthusiastic and someone who can easily relate to people;
- experienced in Microsoft Office;
- proficient in English and preferably Dutch speaking.
This is a master apprentice internship for minimum 5 months for 3 days per week. The start date is as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole period) for our apprentice internship assignments.
