You will report to Asia S&SC Q&L group leader among the Asia S&SC team
The main responsibilities of S&SC Team Leader is to secure material availability with good quality
We, Asia S&SC, are frontline of ASML Factories in Asia (TNF and LF) to secure material on time delivery with quality and reasonable costs. We also play a key role in supplier management to achieve supply chain goals and mitigate supply chain risks
Role and responsibilities
Leading Asia Sourcing and supply chain quality and logistic team for securing & continuous improving on supplier quality & logistics performance
Acting as a key player in supporting quality supplier manager and logistic supplier manager on material escalation, long term capacity strategies, and improvement plans
Collaborating with sourcing team for supplier developing plan & road maps accompanying with ASML & Factory priorities
DevelopingS&SC Q&L members (skills, roles, structure) and team directions,team size 8~10
Responsibleto review and drive team on supplier quality and logistic issueimprovement
Supportin CME (critical material escalation) Level 2 with global S&SC team;lead in level 3 with global ex-com
Managedept daily kaizen operations and dept. KPI
Supportor lead in crossing functional communications between internal andexternal stakeholders
Assureresolutions and escalate of any risks and roadblocks
Ensuresufficient bandwidth inside the organization to execute the targeted roadmap and missions
Consolidate issue and solution overview and report to management team
Education and experience
Master degree in Business Administration, Informational Systems and/or Technology, Computer Science and Management
Over 7 years of relevant supply chain or industrial engineering experiences in the Semiconductor Equipment or Fab Manufacturing field.
Formal Project/Quality Management education and/or certification is preferred
Supply chain related escalation driving
People management experience is a plus
Proven skills in strategy formulation and execution
