Introduction to the job
As a scrum master alignment you are, from a project perspective, driving the work of a multidisciplinary product development team (physics, automation, industrialization and software) that designs and improves the optical alignment of source laser modules in the EUV Source. Make it accurate, simple to build and make it operational, stable, reliable, diagnosable and when needed fast to repair. In this process you will be involved in creation of alignment strategy for new systems, as well as improvement proposals for existing platforms. During these activities, you will be cooperating with other disciplines and sectors. It is expected that you will drive execution of team deliverables, debottleneck where needed, interface with the diverse stakeholder field of the team and guide them in making design choices, analyzing system problems and opportunities, and documenting work. Finally you get the chance and you are encouraged to integrate with the dynamic and diverse ASML community: you will interact daily with 4,000 like-minded professionals.
Role and responsibilities
- You drive daily operation of the multidisciplinary team.
- You facilitate and coach the team, and you support debottlenecking.
- You interface with stakeholders of the team, both in the department and in other sectors.
- You work productively with both junior and senior subject matter experts.
- Define solution directions for main challenges related to the source laser.
- Drive implementation of system requirements in modules within the source laser, and make sure the design process is followed.
- Contribute to a long term vision and an alignment roadmap.
- Drive executing and documenting tests and investigations according to ASML guidelines.
Education and experience
Education MSc physics
Experience~5 year industry experience in multi-disciplinary development preferably within ASML; knowledge of the EUV source (laser) is preferred.
