Introduction to the job
As a Technical leader, your main task is to lead beta test qualifications and roll out new EUV technologies. You will work closely with Central CS NPI teams in Veldhoven, Wilton or San Diego depending on the topics you are in charge of.
In order to prepare ourselves as Taiwan CS are ready for the upcoming challenges on 3800E and EXE5000, Technical Leaders will spend quite an amount of time engaging these new platforms.
Other than that, you will be working on technical assessment for EUV functionality and install base industrialization, and connecting with stakeholders across different sectors (D&E, CS, BL) to provide clear problem descriptions and drive for solution roadmap.
Role and responsibilities
Majority of your time as a Technical Leader will be spent on:
New EUV technology roll-out: working with CS NPI teams to prepare for beta test and functional qualification. Help secure the new function is executable for local CS, and provide feedback or improvement proposal from local CS to Central teams.
Engagement on new EUV platforms, e.g., 3800E, EXE5000, etc. Activities including: travelling to Veldhoven, Wilton or San Diego (depending on the topics you are working on) and joining critical design qualification and integration.
Connecting with stakeholders across different sectors (D&E, local CS, Business Line) to provide technical assessment on new technology, and driving solution roadmap for critical issues.
