Fast market introduction of ASML’s newest technologies requires state of the art teamwork by all disciplines. Smooth implementation of new and changed hardware, introduced on a daily basis, is crucial for the business. This requires an effective process, coordinating the change requests through the product life cycle and securing the efficiency and profitability of ASML’s business. A ‘product change process’ is currently in place which requires information to be correct in the systems. The Product owner CM Performance Management ensures we can properly measure the performance of this process in KPI’s and we incorporate process changes in our performance management. Role and responsibilities
The product owner CM Performance Management makes an overview of the work to be done and together with the teamlead of the development team sets the priorities. Thereby (s)he ensures the proper KPI reports are available and these report can be used in Daily Kaizens and teared structed performance management cycles. (S)He also understands that factual measurements are needed to display the effect of process improvements made.
The product owner guides and inspires together with a team leader an agile team of developers to deliver new reports. Thereby setting the priorities on the various demands that are on the backlog. To be able to set the priority the product owner is connected to various stakeholders and has an understanding of the process, it’s KPI’s and the usage of these.
The development team is a cross sector team existing of people from IT, Engineering and Supply chain. Therefore the product owner needs to be organizational savvy.
Education and experience
- Academic level in industrial / logistics / engineering / IT or technical business administration.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT/Product Configuration Management.
- Knowledge of complex production or logistics processes in a very high technological environment.
- Experience with (Lean) Daily Kaizen/ performance management cycles.
- Configuration Management certification (CMII module 1-4) is preferred.
