Background information

The Global Communications department may not be the first department that you think of when you hear about ASML. Nevertheless, this department is very important and diverse.
Part of this department is the Event Management Team, responsible for the organization of events with an important business purpose like the All Employee Meeting, PhD Master Class, Annual Results etcetera. Our main target audiences are students & professionals, employees, top management and the community.

Do you want to be part of our team and help us organize 500 (online) events a year? Then supporting the Event Management Team can be a great internship for you!

Your assignment

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Organization, coordination and hosting of live, online and hybrid events at ASML
• All round support of the Event Management Team
• Facility Management support

Your profile

You are a student with a background in Event Management or Communications, with excellent planning and organizing abilities. You can work effectively and efficiently, and can build and maintain a network and relationships. You have the ability to show initiative and you can work independently. You have excellent Dutch and English formal and informal communication skills, both in speech and written.

This is a bachelor apprentice internship for 5 days per week for minimum 5 months. The start date is as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole period) for our apprentice internship assignments.
