Introduction to the job

As Field Performance Analyst, you are the subject matter expert on reporting and will create a key role in changing the Customer Support (CS) department into a data driven organization. You have a key role in running the business and changing the business. Together with your colleagues you will transform CS from an organization where reports are scattered into a fully integrated, optimized and data driven organization with a single source of truth. You understand the context of the business KPI's and the way how it is calculated and can clarify differences and understand how to document this properly. Role and responsibilities

As Field Performance Analyst, you ensure golden standards for reporting are created, aligned and upheld with the segments and regions, on key KPI's like supplier uptime (availability) and labor hours. Here you work together with the data governance center to embed the definitions into the data governance center and with report owners to support on deep dives in our run the business. You keep close connections with the regions and field performance analysts but above all know the exact subtleties of definitions, calculations and can express this to stakeholders and IT teams. Besides, you:

  • Act as subject matter expert in our change the business, where we make big steps towards a data driven organization and develop new applications like site control board in ONE and our digital mission control board that steers the entire CS organization for a worldwide change;
  • Create analysis of our data landscape and how to transform current scattered reports and calculations into a trusted, automated and integrated back-end that goes from KPI's through driver trees towards process indicators.

Education and experience

  • Masters degree in exact sciences (maths, physics, IT, etc.) where detail matters;
  • Experience in definition of KPI’s and underlying data elements;
  • Certification in data management (e.g. DAMA DMBOK);
  • Experience in building or understanding spotfire reports and infolinks in order to turn that information into specifications for our back-end calculations.
