Introduction to the job
Project coordinator will report to office management team and head of factory directly. The role is mainly responsible for the cross-sectoral KPI management and manufacturing projects related to government subsidy.
Role and responsibilities
Support LF on key performance data collection and management, also collaborate with different stakeholders on report writing and schedule planning for projects related to government subsidy.
KPI and management (60%)
KPI numbers tracking and the host of monthly/weekly review meeting.
Generate weekly & monthly reports to the head of factory and ensure the accuracy of data.
Government project (30%)
Coordinate with project team on manufacturing projects related to government subsidy (plan schedule, resource management, information consolidation, presentation).
Main communication channel to government office.
Other project relevant to manufacturing (10%)
Ex: Manufacturing process improvement, meeting efficiency optimization, etc.
Education and experience
Bachelor or Master degree
Majored in industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration.
At least 3 years relevant working experience in data analysis and project management. Manufacturing/semi-conductor related fields and project based environment is preferred.
