Background information
Within the Global Manufacturing Organization we have the factory EUV (EF). The EF's ambition is to become the pacesetter of the EUV valuestream. The people strategy is focused on an inspiring and unified culture, provide the best possible employee experience, and enable our leadership to bring out the best in people. In our EF HR team we have 5 HR business partners (HRBP's)who support one or two businesses or teams within the EF organization. We have an opportunity within our small but effective HR team for an intern. As an HR intern you will be fully involved in the complete operational scope of our HR team.
Your assignment
As an EF HR Intern you will be involved in HR line activities focused on leadership, performance & development, recruitment, absenteeism and HR operational reporting.You will shadow HRBP's, be resonisbile for operaitonal tasks and projects, like reporting and defining one way of working, supporting the HRBP's with organizational changes and processes and with People Services (Shared Service Center), support in our LEAN project by upgrading our Sharepoint and helping with our weekly People Update. Next to this you can play a key role in the development of HR Reporting witin our factory. You will investegate the best way of reporting and improving the current processes with the monthly FTE updates, personal improvement plan status and succession. You can also collaborate on preparing workshops for several sectors and do a research on how the HR teams can work together efficiently on the Global HR projects that are being launched.

You are:
- a bachelor student in HR;
- Data driven with strong analytical skills;
- Hands-on, open and eager to learn;
- Proficient in English.
