Introduction to the job

One of the departments in this sector is CS NPI EUV. The CS NPI EUV team prepares and manages the CS part of the execution of new system maintenance of new ASML machines at customer sites.
The role of the fab operations manager to manage the complete execution of one or more fab’s.
The fab operations manager is responsible to deploy the strategy from the SITE MT team and chair the overall Daily Operations Review. The fab operations manager has a clear operational background.

Role and responsibilities

Fab operational people manager up to 50FTE
Manage system performance - Set annual setting of site KPI’s & delegate to fab management role
Accountable for a safe operation for people, tools and processes and adherence to WW ASML standards
Accountable and responsible for the communication and meeting expectations of the customer
Resources, budget and activities planning for the site
Manages, continuous improvement projects for activities to drive LHM targets
People development and training reports for long term planning and budgets
Operational interfaces with other department managers
Issuehandling, Customer issue intake, communication for solutions not only for machine down but performance issue as well,follow up status update, post mortem
Intimacy – customer temperature check, determine below water line, intake needs and initiate/triggerto ASML

Execute Unscheduled and Scheduled Maintenance
Implement complex upgrades
CS Operational planning role
CS Customer interface role
Execute CS Issue Resolution
Manage Operational Performance

Education and experience

BS/MS major in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electro-optical, Controlling Engineering, Physics or other related fields

- Fab experience in the Lithography area will be a plus
- Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred
