We provide world class support on the execution in IT Tools of the primary production processes of the factories

Role and responsibilities

Teamlead of the MM-support team
Part of the job is joining the team and solve issues yourself.

Core business of the MM Support team is providing support based on tasks in Disturbance Notification, mails and calls from the production execution and work preparation departments to limit delays in the production processes.

Activities are focused on SAP Manufacturing Execution System and other
manufacturing IT-tooling. Next to being a support knowledge expert towards the business, MM Support is also an important link between business and the IT organization in relation to IT incidents, escalations and maintenance

The holder of this position reports to the Sr. Manager Means & Methods.

Education and experience

For this job opening the overall needed experience is:

• At least 5 years relevant work experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes.
• Experience with SAP is a pre
• Education level HBO/Bachelor level
• An education which includes the field of logistical processes / production logistics is a pre.
