The EHS Coordinator is responsible of the maintenance, analysis, reporting and continuous improvement in the broad spectrum of EHS activities. Examples are incident management, risk management and compliance management. Reports are communicated to a multi-stakeholder group. Next to this, you will be participating in EHS projects and events and will you organize internal and external audits. In this role, you are the linking pin with various departments and will you ensure all requirements/activities are delivered in time.
Role and responsibilities
In this job you will be expected to:• Monitor incident, compliance and risk management in safety dashboard weekly/monthly and prepare follow-up;• Conduct monthly reporting in safety dashboard;• Incident and compliance reporting and provide update to Corporate EHS;• Maintain collaboration and frequent meetings with the S&SC EHS organization;• Organize and prepare EHS internal and external audits according to ISO14001 and 45001;• Follow-up audits findings in close collaboration with the S&SC EHS organization;• Participate in EHS programs as project member contribute to program deliverables: e.g. Dupont assessment;• Maintain EHS management system and describe relevant EHS process;• Create environmental aspects overview;• Participate and monitor the EHS roadmap;• Participate in Product Safety Supply Chain project;• Provide support to the Supplier Sustainability Manager in achieving the overall sustainability objectivesEducation and experience
• Bachelor’s and a minimum 3-5 years of work experience;• Understanding of general Environment, Health and Safety principles and issues is a pre;• Experience with EHS audits ISO14001/45001 is a plus.Skills
