The Mission of the Senior Sourcing & Supply Chain (S&SC) Organizational Development Team, part of the S&SC Excellence, Analytics & Business Support Organization, is to enable continuous learning and development of S&SC Sector employees and ensure that our people can work as efficient, effective and motivated as possible. We arethe linking pin between various HR functions and S&SC line organization in area of Learning, Development (L&D) and Knowledge Management and are tasked with developing and facilitating effective learning and knowledge management solutions dedicated to a large variety of Job Profiles within S&SC. As Learning and Development Project Lead, you will run Projects that will improve the L&D & Knowledge Management infrastructure across S&Sc and you will coordinate Learning events that will enable us to bring our people and organization to the next level.Role and responsibilities
In this role you will be tasked with day-to-day management of various improvement Projects in the area of L&D and Knowledge Management: running projects from initiation to implementation and business adoption until deliverables agreed upon with your HR and business stakeholders are realized. You will have an active contribution to standardizing L&D within S&Sc, will work on enriching role specific learning paths, you will facilitate various Learning events for the entire sector world-wide and will support us with measuring the effectiveness of our learning solutions and the continuous improvement of our L&D & Knowledge Management infrastructure.Education and experience
• Master or Bachelor degree in areas of Educational Science (corporate education), Psychology, Social Science or Business Administration• Strong affinity with / good understanding of Learning and Developmental and/or Knowledge Management is required• Min 5 years working in a project environment• Working in a complex international organization with multiple global locations is desired• Experience working in the semiconductor, supply chain, or technical industries is desiredSkills
