As a Portfolio Program Manager for NON ONE and nPGP programs in the Portfolio Management Office you are responsible for managing portfolio supporting the strategic and/or tactical objectives of US CS’s nPGP various constituent teams. The Portfolio management Office is responsible for Program, Process/Project Management, Change/Communication Management and collaborates with the Business Development & Support department on metrics management. This will require applying industry standard program, process and project management techniques as well as serving as the subject matter expert in establishing and maintaining overall project and process management best practices.You are responsible to stewarding critical process improvement initiatives, and providing leadership and direction to drive effective execution value delivery to achieve corporate strategic objectives. You will partner directly with senior managers and business process owners of large scale change initiatives to ensure that best known methods in program management and project management are effectively applied and that the identified value is delivered.Duties will include supervising the progress and monitoring the status of multiple projects and project managers, communicating process improvements, providing guidance, improving project management structure, implementing Portfolio Management Office business processes and resolving ad hoc issues. You will also be have the opportunity to assist with the development of program roadmaps, and provide overall program status updates to senior and executive management.The responsibilities include providing support to all Central and Regional teams in regards to Program and Project management training and development programs, systems, compliance, and strategy. Your team’s responsibilities will include supporting and implementing company and site initiatives, as well as the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training systems and programs. Your team will manage department orientations, instruct classes and workshops as needed, and assist in the presentation of material for different initiatives. Your team can expect to process training requests, conduct needs analyses, and determine alignment with the business needs of the organization. Your team is responsible for collaboration with the adoption teams and facilitating organizational change strategies by assisting leaders, program managers, SME, FIL, and team members in executing effective change processes. Another responsibility is to collaborate with the support metrics, define and communicate KPI and ROI.

Role and responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assist with the planning, initiation, and management of projects within a program portfolio
- Guide sponsors, stakeholders, and project leads in efforts to define project scope, objectives, and milestones
- Develop metrics for benchmarking portfolio performance. Identify and share BKM’s across departments and sites for project success
- Assist project leads and sponsors in determining resource requirements, constraints, and alternatives
- Provide boundaries and program oversight in the scheduling of project resources and tasks

- Define and manage risks to project and program completion
- Define and manage Portfolio KPI’s and ROI
- Document project definitions and plan, and maintain status updates to each project plan Communicate project vision, objectives, scope, and deliverables to sponsors and stakeholders

Education and experience

Bachelor’s Degree Required or equivalent work experience: Project management; Program Management; Engineering; Business Management; Applied Science or a related field of study

Experience Required:

3 years’ experience in each of the following:

- Program Management
- Process Management
- Process Improvement
