Introduction to the job

To support the growth of ASML in a high-tech, high quality and fast-paced environment a campus recruitment strategy has been deployed to ensure attraction and recruitment of talented fresh graduates. To expand our team we are looking for a campus recruiter with passion for our target group and full cycle recruitment processes.

Role and responsibilities

The Campus Recruitment Team, which is part of the Talent Sourcing and Support team, has two focus areas: recruitment of interns and the recruitment of fresh graduates. In this role you will focus on the recruitment of fresh graduates. In the last two years we started successfully with the introduction of several graduate programs. We have developed a dedicated recruitment process to hire graduates via selection days. Given the success of ASML and the new way of working, we are looking for a third campus recruiter.
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Be in charge of full cycle recruitment processes. This process consist of: alignment with the business, promotion of graduate programs which consist of 10+ vacancies, candidate sourcing and screening, and organization of selection days;
  • You will join several Labor Market Communications events and act as ASML ambassador (e.g. you will join career fairs to meet students and graduates to answer to their questions related to job opportunities at ASML);
  • You keep in touch with candidates in the talent pool who did an internship at ASML or visited an student event to guide them to a position at ASML;
  • Possibility to collaborate on various projects within Talent Acquisition.

Education and experience

  • A Bachelor or Master degree;
  • At least 1 year of experience within recruitment, preferably corporate recruitment in a technical company;

  • Effective communication skills, with verbal and writing proficiency in English;
  • Good stakeholder management skills: relationship management skills across different functional levels and departments of a large organization.
