Role and responsibilities

The holder of this job drives global projects in Communications with a focus on projects enabling our transformation. Be the catalyst and surprise. Drive, lead and deliver sustainable improvements to Communications.

You will work together with all teams to drive the implementation of our strategy. Have a common way of working in projects, supported by tools, training and expertise. Use Lean and Agile methodologies to drive efficiency improvements.
You will join the Communications Transformation team, will report to the Head of Transformation and work in close collaboration with the team. Main responsibilities:

  • Drive sustainable continuous improvement of project management and project results for Communications;
  • Lead projects within Communications staffed with colleagues from the Communications teams;
  • Assure collaboration x-silo, x-regions and with other ASML departments;
  • Together with the team deploy and maintain Lean and Agile toolsets applicable for Communications;
  • Create insight in process and progress of project management, reporting results.

Education and experience


  • Bachelor / Master degree;
  • Consultancy / Business background.


  • 8+ years of relevant experience in project- and program management with a proven track record to lead in complex environment;
  • Good understanding of the relations within a multinational organizations;
  • Experience in change management and communication needs of transformation projects.
