In this role you are the Project Lead Training for various curricula and learning & knowledge projects. You will be responsible for project planning, driving execution and deployment of multiple training projects and act as the learning business partner for your internal customers.

Role and responsibilities
Our internal customers are highly skilled engineers in our factories. Our Mission is that all engineers in ASML’s WW factories have the required knowledge and skills to perform their job well and safely. As a Training department we support this by identifying customer training needs, defining learning objectives, assessing the gap that needs to be trained, delivering the required training curriculum, training materials, trainers, training facilities and training plan per employee conform agreed scope, time and budget. We ensure that the trainings are effective, efficient and attractive for our customers.
We are looking for a result oriented and hands-on Project Leader Training with the experience to collaboratively develop and implement new learning solutions and methods with efficiency and dedication to secure resources and projectplanning. A person who is passionate about high tech, innovation, learning and thrives in a complex manufacturing environment.
As Project Lead Training, your main focus is to work together with account managers, training developers and subject matter experts to develop training which fits the needs of our clients. With the input of all these stakeholders, you define learning objectives, a project plan, budget and a roadmap. You then lead a project team to deliver professional and highly effective training solutions. You will act as the learning business partner for your internal customers and be responsible for:
·Leading the development, deployment and maintenance of various curricula
·Identifying learning needs and translating these into learning objectives & effective trainings
·Designing efficient, effective and engaging learning methods to close the learning gap
·Project planning: scope, resources and timeline
·Driving project execution by tracking project status, milestones & risks.
·Reporting on project status to various stakeholders
·Identify potentials for new improvements and contributing to the training development roadmap for manufacturing
·Familiar or willing to learn the ADDIE project methodologies to run projects.
As part of the Training Centre Manufacturing, you have to know what quality training consists of, how and when education and didactics work (and when not) and which learning solutions to choose. You have the ability to lead, motivate, drive and influence others at all levels in the organization. You will use project management (PMM) and learning development methodologies (ADDIE) to run your projects. Using new and innovative learning solutions energizes you and makes you smile.
Of course communication, planning and securing budget are some of your key strengths. But above all, you like working in the challenging and daily changing world of education in a fast-paced and high-tech environment, working together with highly skilled people where nothing is impossible!
Education and experience
Master or bachelor degree in Education with proven experience and skills in project management and development of technical trainings.
Work Experience 8+ years. Work experience in a high-tech environment is a pre. But above all: experience in working in the challenging and daily changing world of education, manufacturing high tech machines and professional high skilled people.
