Introduction to the job

We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner for Business Line DUV. DUV is one of ASML’s Business Lines and is responsible for the full product portfolio and P&L for the Deep Ultraviolet Business. In this role you will have a unique combination of departments focusing on strategy and execution of the challenging product roadmap of DUV. You will be HR business Partner for Product Management, System Delivery Management and Development & Engineering.In this role you will be reporting to the Head of HR for the Business Lines.

Role and responsibilities

In this exciting position you will be responsible for the key activities of the HRBP, and due to business needs with emphasize on the following:

  • Integrate business challenges and HR solutions
  • Develop People Management capabilities
  • Coach leaders to develop high performing teams
  • Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business
  • Drive HR agenda, deploy HR policies and guide the business to run the HR operations

Education and experience

You have a Bachelor or Master Degree, for example in HRM or Organizational/Business studies.


  • You have 8+ years of experience in the field of HR in an international environment and have proven yourself as a HR Business Partner
  • You bring knowledge in the field of Change Management, Leadership Development and People Performance Management & Talent Management.
  • You have proven yourself to be a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to senior business leaders

  • Well-developed analytical skills in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach;
