Introduction to the job

The highly engaged and personable ASML Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) will lead our Talent Acquisition advisor’s team. The TA Manager is (emotionally) mature, confident, creative, approachable, responsible and caring. You are a leader with great communication and strong organizational skills. In this role you will design hiring strategies to proactively identify and fulfill future hiring needs by collaborating with department managers, TA advisors and HR. In the end, the responsibility of the TA Manager is to ensure, together with his staff of TA advisors that, ASML attracts and hires the best employees, while coordinating the growth of a strong talent pipeline.

Role and responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), you are responsible for leading a group of TA advisors who take care of talent acquisition and delivery for a specific sector. The objective is to meet the annual regional sector TA demand plan. You manage TA plans and resources for the sub-sectors. Together with other sector TA Managers you are responsible for programs that develop and maintain subject matter expertise and on specific TA processes, people and systems for ASML in the Europe region.

Main Responsibilities:

·Manage the TA resources and budget for your sector. Hire, train and develop TA Advisors towards ASML job requirements. Steer and challenge performance of TA Advisor Sector Team towards agreed KPI’s and hiring targets.

·Coach, mentor, and develop TA Advisors towards ASML job requirements, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.

·Collaborate with Sector TA Leads, HR Line and Business in the TA demand planning process. Coordinate creation and approval of sub-sector specific yearly TA Delivery Plans by TA Advisors, Campus Recruiters and sourcing team.

·Program management of strategic TA projects for the European region to improve upon Talent Acquisition measures (e.g. referral program or recruitment agency tiering model).

·Lead by example, be a TA advisor for a limited number of (Sr) roles in your sector.

·Act as a member of the European TA MT.

Education and experience

·Minimum bachelor’s degree; Master’s level preferred.

·At least 8 years of experience full lifecycle recruiting/HR in a fast-paced environment preferred

·Significant experience in screening and evaluating candidates

·Fluent in English (verbal and writing)

·Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.
