Introduction to the job

As Project leader EMO you’ll be responsible for tsmc 18 A/B in TN office. You’ll be running in a highly pressured environment. It’s your job to manage an escalation in a short time of period to full satisfaction of your team.

Role and responsibilities

Escalation progress management
Take the lead in organizing and managing an expert team
Identify and close gaps which slows down the time of resolution
Avoid tunnel vision in the team by enforce out of the box thinking
Chair and lead escalation meetings
Report and manage expectations of business lines, field and management
Be a representative for your customer(s)
Build and maintain a good relationship with GSC/DnE
Manage expectations of stakeholders involved
Act as an owner of the tools operating at the customer site
Must flexible and willing to work, when needed, as needed, on a weekend.
Communicate status of problem solving process to all stakeholders
Improve own organization

Education and experience

Master is preferred

Experienced is preferred
