Job Mission
This position reports to the Vice President (VP) of US Development and Engineering (D&E) in Wilton, Connecticut. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who can provide effective support and organization to the VP office.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). As a condition of employment, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Job Description
- Manage the calendar for the VP of D&E
- Take and distribute meeting minutes as required
- Coordinate all travel for VP and some direct staff
- Maintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and outside companies
- Act as a liaison, problem solver and facilitator as the first contact for the VP and senior leaders
- Work with sector stakeholders to align budget to business needs (e.g. department expenses, business meetings, luncheons, dinners, etc.)
- Manage all Staff Quarterly and Offsite meetings (e.g. logistics, agendas/materials, onsite support, event management, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
- Independently manage multiple projects and determine priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Support and monitor Program Review meetings including conference room booking and events
- Assist planning of program or team celebrations
- Coordination and alignment with offices in the Netherlands and Asia
- Perform responsibilities with a high degree of discretion and initiative
- Work in collaboration with other support staff as needed to meet the business need
- Contribute to the team by living the corporate values of challenge, collaborate, care
- May require travel dependent on business needs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of administrative/office support experience, prefer 2+ years of experience at the executive level
- Experience working in matrix organizations or technical/engineering companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience maintaining SharePoint files and sites a plus
- Experience interacting in both digital and in-person collaboration settings

Other Information
- This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation

Essential Job Functions

- Commute to ASML’s facility and report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday on a consistent basis
