On-Product Overlay Performance Integrator

Would you like to work in a multidisciplinary team, working on cutting edge technology, providing innovative wafer fab solutions to our customer’s challenges?
As a Performance Integrator in On-Product Overlay group in D&E Applications you contribute to the performance test and integration of ASML BL Apps process control product families that controls on product overlay, thereby helping our customers to optimize their production ramp-up and yield.
Role and responsibilities
As a Performance Integrator for ASML BL Apps process control products you will have the responsibility to:
·Create and review test specifications including software needs (e.g. specification documents, test performance plans), summarize and communicate test plans, analyze test results and create and review TAR (Test Analysis Results);
·Expand the regression tests in collaboration with cross-product performance virtual fab;
·Contribute to the integration PERT (program evaluation and review technique) by aligning (content-wise) with the scanner IC’s and FC’s as part of preparation for alpha tests, in consultation with architect of the team;
·Contribute to Knowledge Transfers for new products in consultation with the Software team, Customer Support, and the involved FC’s/IC’s (Functional/Integration Clusters) in the product;
·Assist design engineers with trouble-shooting during qualification and/or integration processes;
·Represent the team in the relevant Test and Integration meetings;
·Align with test engineers in other teams, agile-release trains and System Test & Integration on learnings and consistencies on WoW with this regard;
·Define and prepare the performance integration features for the upcoming features in preparation for the planning event;
·Collect performance test and integration issues and make sure there is follow up by the teams. Provide feedback to the teams on status of test and integration issues.
You are expected to take a proactive role in identifying, addressing and reducing risks towards verifying the final system performance of process control products. Therefore you are proactively reaching out to the development teams, system engineering, scanner performance and integration teams as well as customer project teams. You are also able to combine different views and act as a binding force.

Education and experience
·B.Sc. or MSc. degree in Physics or Engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical).
·At least 2 years hands-on work experience with Test and Integration;
·Experience in integration activities, e.g. as integrator in multidisciplinary project;
·Strong MATLAB programming skills;
·System level troubleshooting skills and data analysis skills.
