Introduction to the job

To hire an account Manager for ROT ( rest of Taiwan ) account the required bandwidth due to increasing ROT business ( customers, revenues )

To manage several ROT accounts to ensure customer engagement and partnership to maximize ASML business by extend and / or defend market share by
Manage customer fab capacity ramp & ASML product life-cycle businesses
Maximum Installed based business ( options and service )
Ensure ASML deliverables to meet customer technical/ commercial requirement

Role and responsibilities

To direct contact with ROT customers of various levels ( engineering and procurement )
To define AT business strategy to maximize business for systems and upgrades & accountable for the result including service
To identify where the market are & customer requirements with BDM, and ASML business lines
To ensure business project executions and manage business critical escalations
To manage ASML quality of product deliveries and channel back to ASML headquarters for improvements

Education and experience

Master / Bachelor degree of Engineering or Business.

8~10 years of engineering experience in semi-conductor industry, with customer fab/RnD process experience is preferred.
At least 3 years in business

This ROT Account Manager will report to Global Technology Manager
