Introduction to the job

The Sales and Customer Management Sector is responsible for P&L, Customer Satisfaction, and Node Planning within all Customer accounts. S&CM works closely with Business Lines and Customer Support Operations to deliver the overall ASML experience to the Customer.

Role and responsibilities

Day-to-Day activities include:

  • Complete service menu and provide cost calculator.
  • Send quotation to CTL.
  • Send quotation to customer, follow up to receive/correct/book customer PO.
  • Provide systems/options shipping informationto customers
  • Track and report upcoming/delayed shipmentsand backorders
  • Confirm with customer billing, consolidate informationand request finance to invoice
  • Mail invoice to customer and follow up payment status.
  • Updates report on shipment/invoice/payment status
  • Join account operation weekly.
  • Assist the business activities of Singapore sales team.

To do the sales administration of service business assist account team sales/apps including:

  • FSC/Billable/Labor contract implementation.
  • Invoice and payment management.
  • FSC import to SAP; Manage quotation; labor hr/OT alignwith OMD.
  • Strategy formulated and alignment made.
  • Assistant to HMI Singapore region sales/apps dept.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor / Diploma in Business Administration orequivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in thesales/administration/HR/legal field
  • Familiarity with ASML/sales flow is preferred
