This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

  • Coordinate order process with intercompany in different countries, such as generating SO, submitting PR for intercompany, RMA/RTV process, etc.
  • Coordinate intercompany order status, product ETA, RMA/RTV and shipping processes with the PLM team
  • Request/find HS/HTS code, ECCN # and CoO, then upload data and provide to shipping department.
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, including: shipping plan, generate/send SLI to freight forwarder, package type, DIM and weight per package, and update AWB/BOL into the system.
  • Follow shipping process and file export declaration in TMS, IP/AES program, or AES file on FedEx website.
  • Coordinate across departments to resolve freight forwarding and FedEx import issues such as shipment status, shipping documents, product descriptions, product materials, etc.
  • Provide monthly reports and supporting audit documents such as shipping invoices, AWB, AES#, etc.
  • Collaborate with suppliers (Freight Forwarder, FedEx, 3PL) for performance analysis, including: supplier on-time rate, price review, etc.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least one year of hands on administrative, order process, import/export or logistics support experience.
  • Understand the shipping incoterm terms and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze and streamline business processes.
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
  • Good collaboration, teamwork, self-motivation, problem-solving skill and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working under time pressure with flexibility and adaptability mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cross-functional experience in large organizations, multinational, fast-paced industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, LeanKit and 3PLUs a plus.
  • AA degree requires 3 years of experience
