Introduction to the job

Focus on new function/product development and system performance testing.

Role and responsibilities

1. Fulfill marketing request from application development point of view.
2. Product feasibility study for marketing to define product direction.
3. Document writing EPS (Element Performance Specification, TPS (Test Performance Specification) and TAR (Test Analysis Report).
4. Holistic solution for scanner monitoring.

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering with 2+ years of industry experience, or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience

Minimum 3 years semiconductor related experience.
Litho or scanner application related experience
OPC (optical proximity correction) related experience
e-beam defect inspection related experience
Metrology application related experience
CD measurement
See-Through Overlay
EPE (Edge Placement Error)
