We guarantee material availability at the right quality and cost for our customers, today and in the future.Role and responsibilities
-Manages demand and supply to ensure material availability.
-First point of contact for CS/ Customers
Is responsible for executing CSCM Service Contract (e.g. Availability) for a field region (Cluster of warehouses with related customers)
- Focuses on complete process
- Has own KPI's/improvement project
- Solves constraints (e.g. analyze material shortages, trouble shooting)
The main interfaces are:
- Internal: CSCM regional teams, CSCM central team, CS, Procurement, Sourcing, D&E, Account teams,
- External: Suppliers, 3PL, Customers
- Interfaces generally on own level and one level above
- Interfacing with 5-10 stakeholders across sectors
Education and experience
-Diploma /Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, Logistics or Engineering
-0-3 years and above experience in related field
