Role and responsibilities

Thepurpose of the Soft Service Specialist with the role of transition specialistis to develop, maintain and execute the service concept for all thebuildings, services and work environments of ASML in the region. Also todevelop and deploy a change approach for introducing, transition andimplementing new work place concepts. There is related to work places,employee services. All of this based on and executed within CRE’s strategicpillars (Safety, TCO, Flexibility, Business Alignment, Wellbeing andSustainability). Soft services specialists are responsible for managing thesoft services in the region (TW/SG)

*Translatethe vision on services and workplaces to requirements for soft servicesmanagement for ASML. Include relevant themes like wellbeing and sustainabilityand translate these to service requirements, service delivery plans andsupplier
contractsfor supplier.

*Togetherwith expert suppliers make a translation of the vision and needs of thebusiness to polices, guidelines and process for soft services in alignmentwith the requirements. Together achieve the best-fit approach balancing therequired performance and service levels yet considering aspects likerisks/criticality and costs.

*Togetherwith CRE Business partners (CRE Regional Facility Manager and the Delivery& Supply Soft Service Manager) ,Act as overall advisor and communicatorfor various soft service aspects, collect the needs of the business andemployees in order to determine the best-fit service delivery plans.

*Establish and optimize the soft services processes of effective servicedelivery to assure that all services related to the workplace.

*Supportthe Regional Housing & Workplace Manager with the development of the(long term) transition management strategy.

*Responsibleto manage the OPEX /CAPEX budget for the related scope. Building theoperating budget and logic allocation of budget in the supply chain togetherwith Contract & Supplier Managers.

Education and experience

Bachelor / Master degree in business administration, hospitality management, facility management or similar.

*At least 5~7 years of relevant experience in an international high tech industrial environment
*3 – 5 years of managerial experience
*Multiple and cross-function senior experiences are preferred in human resource management, site service, and general administration management.
