In this vibrant environment it is HR’s task to define and execute the companies’ people agenda. Of course Learning & Development and Skills & Knowledge management have a prominent position on this agenda. But also core processes like Talent Acquisition and Onboarding are key to support the aspired growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Within ASML the cross-sectoral HR Technology team is working on developing and implementing new IT systems aimed at facilitating HR processes and improving efficiency, as well as employee experience. Having recently set the foundation with the HR Core processes we continue to build upon that by deploying other processes like Performance and Development, Talent acquisition, Time & Absence, etc.
The HRIS team is, on the one hand, providing SME services in terms of configuration and maintenance of primarily the Workday application and related Core integrations. That includes integrations, security and compliancy. On the other hand, the team is responsible for more transactional activities related to data and providing access
As Operations lead you will be, together with the manager,managing the Operational team that supports the SME’s in their daily tasks and is responsible for the transactional activities that have been defined. You will manage and monitor the workload for that team, also identifying and implementing process improvements. In your roleThe Operations lead will also assist the manager of the HRIS team with day-to-day activities related to overall service management, release & tenant management, recruiting activities and overall team management, as well as participating in initiatives that that have an HR technology impact.
Education & Experience
As an Operations Lead you have:
- A Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant area (HR, IT, Business administration);
- 5+ years of experience, at least 2 of those as a Manager;
- Successfully managed (HR or IT) operational teams in a similar size in a fast paced, international organization;
- Worked across various levels of an organization, collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership skills with a team-player attitude, to drive service delivery under time pressure
- You can work well under pressure in a complex environment, with different stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of relationship building
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar systems
- Knowledge of operational HR Systems, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of Agile
