We are further professionalizing our MPS Business Development department and would like to welcome a creative Product manager witha proven track record and ambition to make a difference in our BL MPS organization.

ASML’s Business Line MPS (Mature Products and Services) responsible for the PAS platform of 200mm lithography systems, which has an annual revenue of 500 Million Euro and more than 1,800 installed systems at more than 150 customers. The 200 mm semiconductor market is mainly driven by the smartphone, automotive and industrial market segments, and shows a healthy growth for the next decade. BL MPS has a roadmap to extend the lifetime of the PAS5500 platform beyond 2030. This roadmap is driving and energizing the BL. BL MPS defines and drives the execution of a fundamental change in the way of doing business in a mature market with strong competition, and acts as a pilot environment for other ASML business which will soon face similar challenges. Innovations are required in applied business models, customer interactions and way of working. These are complex topics with clear customer and revenue / margin impact.

Role and responsibilities

You are Profit and Loss responsible for the world-wide PAS service parts business. Lately we see customers are requesting more ASML support to maintain their PAS installed base. We also see that customers are purchasing their service parts from 3rd party vendors. Together with the extension of PAS life time and ensuring short and long term parts supply continuity, the challenge is to move customers to a higher parts service level. Your tasks will be to further innovate the parts product portfolio, ensure agreed operational execution and transfer customers to a higher service level to win back our parts market share.

Your main responsibilities are:
• Develop, maintain and execute the strategy and roadmap for the PAS service parts product portfolio
• Improve and keep sales collateral up to date
• Drive revenue and conversion of parts contracts together with Business Development, Customer Support and Sales
• Drive execution to SLA and margin together with Delivery Operations, Customer Support, Logistics and Procurement
• Maintain the List Prices of parts and contracts in alignment with other BL’s and IBSS

Education and experience

Bachelors degree (or higher), preferably in a technical study;

• >8 years of experience at ASML or within the semiconductor industry;
• Experience with supply chain/ logistics (preferably)
• Technical knowledge/ interest about the ASML systems and parts;
• Product management and business development experience;
• Project and/or Program management experience;
• Understanding of B2B marketing.
