The IT organization of ASML supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. Part of the IT organization is the Office of the CIO that reports to ASML’s Chief Information Officer.

Role and responsibilities

As a TBM Financial analyst your job mission is to provide financial transparency of the IT domain to both the internal IT organization as well as business stakeholders. You will work with data owners and report consumers to improve reporting, analyze output and guide decisions enabling ASML to move forward in a high demanding, fast moving and dynamic environment.

As an TBM Financial analyst you are pivotal to the success of providing financial transparency on the IT domain towards the entire ASML organization. You will act on both an operational level, aligning with data owners and report consumers, as on a tactical level, aiding in the creation of the financial forecast, identifying financial opportunities as well as improving financial processes.

As an TBM Financial analyst you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

·Supporting the implementation of the TBM framework and ensuring accurate TBM mapping;

·Determines, and performs, configuration adjustments to the Apptio application as the company financial landscape changes;

·Ensure close cooperation with both ASML IT as the ASML Business stakeholders;

·Develop standard Cost Transparency reports based on stakeholder requirements;

·Assist IT Finance in identifying, interpret and collecting IT cost data and performing analysis to support in monthly operational reviews;

·Gather functional, IT and business requirements;

·Support in ad hoc analysis/assessment/reporting requests;

·Providing support in resolving technical and data quality issues;

·Provide management level assessments on TBM framework supporting decisions making processes;

·Support the annual IT expense and capital budget planning process;

·Serve as a TBM adopter; provide user training and facilitate adoption of the TBM framework in the ASML organization.

Education and experience

You have a Bachelor level in business economics, business administration and computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a large multinational environment;

·Sound knowledge of, and working experience in SAFe, Agile and Scrum;

·Experience with project/program financials;

·Sound knowledge of MS Office products like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint;

·Knowledge of the ASML financial processes and its tools being used (SAP, EasyBuy) is a plus;

·Experience with the Technology Business Management framework is a plus;

·Experience with financial modeling is a plus.

Other information

As TBM Financial analyst you are a member of the TBM Office, part of the Office of The CIO (OCIO). Within the position you will directly report to the IT Director of the OCIO.

The OCIO directly reports out towards the IT’s Chief Information Officer and consists of multiple teams providing business support, support in -strategy, -risk and compliancy and -financial transparency throughout the entire IT organization.
