The Regional Engagement Manager is an expert who manage the gap being spotted between Region and Central on the CS nPGP Portfolio definition and deliverables. Gaps could be triggered from design, develop till deploy and adopt. By closing the gaps, The Regional Engagement Manager is required to closely engage with region and Central stakeholders, identify hidden issues, analyze risk and manage to collaborate with right people to close in timely manner. Along the journey, strong soft skill is key in terms of change management competence, communication and stakeholder management competence, as well as being precise and able to be hands-on with content is key to pull both region and central together.

Role and responsibilities

You are sparring partner to the Business Adoption Central Team and the CS nPGP Program Team for an end to end from solutioning to deployment adoption by giving advise from the local human factors, cultures, values and dynamic business environment in transformation processes by driving the four main areas:

  • Plan: By capturing voice of field and proactively validate between local need and Central deliverables.
  • Do: Execute activities needed to enable Region and Central win-win deliverables which contains high level of change, communication and stakeholder management activities.
  • Check: Ensure transparent, simplified, and analyzed message being delivered to Local stakeholders whom would need a coaching and advising service to allow capability of direction and decision making.
  • Act: Acting as a CS4CS BAT Ambassador locally. Act as a regional change agent. Act as a coach on CS nPGP knowledge which include portfolio definition and delivery.

Key challenge of the job is that this role is on behalf of Central Business Adoption Team and reside at local country where a day to day internal customer working environment. Need to work under internal customer pressure, be flexible and adaptable to work with a virtual team world-wide, also able to work across countries and occasionally overseas travel.

Therefore, the role a competence of high independency, self-discipline, proactive attitude, Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving mindset and carrying a management thinking but also able to embrace with sympathy to operation users.

Education and experience

We are looking for an experienced Regional Engagement Manager who:

  • Has a Bachelor degree in marketing and communication, or project/change management or equivalent experience.
  • Has at least 5-10 years of work experience.
  • Has knowledge and experience in the area of field operation and preferably in the areas of project management, project deployment and adoption.
  • Has experience working in a holistic and dynamic work tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact in expressive conversation with stakeholders.

Other information

  • This is a fulltime fix position for 40 hours per week
  • Position is located in Chandler or Hillsboro or Austin (this is a cross-country mobility role).Frequent domestic travel is needed (covering all ASML US sites).Occasional international travel is needed.
