ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Role and responsibilities

The HMI Site Manager will report to the to the Regional Manager and is responsible for the tactical and strategic plans of up to 12 engineers.

The roles of the HMI Site Manager are the following:

  • Operational interface for customer issues.
  • Monitoring and coordinating technical escalations.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate on site scheduled activities and emergency calls.
  • Assist with, and conduct, appraisals with your direct reports.
  • Drive the personal development of the team.
  • Participate in the interviewing process for new candidates.
  • Do miscellaneous field service administration activities using ASML software tools.
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner to the intended audience.
  • Understand and execute Service Level Agreement-(SLA) with customer.
  • Manage shift support capabilities ensuring proper staffing customer service levels.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice domestic or international (up to 30-40%).

Education and experience

  • Engineering degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Leadership experience preferred-Military or Business.
  • Strong Verbal and Written English language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.

  • May require travel dependent on business needs.
