Introduction to the job

Always wanted to get a full picture of how we develop our scanner products and being in control of its software integration? We offer you a seat at the top of software product development, in which you will oversee the software integration, system qualification and release.

Role and responsibilities

Execute the software release plan, managing the content and quality standards, with all projects delivering. Lead by example and set the standard by acting as the first internal customer.

Secure your projects deliverables with your team, which will integrate, qualify and release the software deliveries.Support our customers and local offices all over the world in their request for releasing containments and solutions. Report out and advice the project team with the integration status, roll-out status, risks and opportunities.

  • Manage a team of software integrators, testers, configuration engineer, contributing software project leaders, external parties, IT projects. (Typical team size is between 5 to 15 people, team size changes with project demands), and indirectly manage delivering software projects (up to 300 FTEs).
  • Actively manage all software deliveries including related projects, pilots, end user feedback, change control board with product team, test and integrate and release the software changes.
  • Deliver an integration and test plan, a release plan including phase transitions with the required and agreed content.
  • Contribute to an ever evolving integration way of working.

Education and experience

BSc or higher within the Technical field.
5+ years team lead level; main delivery owner or above is a pre.
