Introduction to the job
ASML is continuously developingnew machines like the new high NA EUV machine, upgrades and services. The technicaland organizational complexity is increasing all the time, while the machinemust be designed first time right. Therefore, it is key that all requirementsand dependencies are clear at all times.
Requirements engineering is oneof the main pillars to achieve this. The basic process and management supportis there, and we are currently introducing a requirements management application.Therefore, we need dedicated experts to have it rolled out; people who candrive the change and continuously improve our requirements engineeringprocess and form the core team of requirements engineers embedded in ourorganization.
Role and responsibilities
Coach and support development projectteams such that they are successful in creating and managing theirrequirements in an effective way. Help them finding solutions for difficultcases. Increase the maturity of requirements engineering by actively learning& relaying that knowledge into the projects and continuously improve ourprocesses and supporting applications. With the team, make the introductionof requirements engineering a success.
Coaching (both on requirementsengineering and requirements management application)
Actively support development projects.Help find practical solutions for difficult cases.
Create advanced training material
Continuously improve way of workingand tools (together with the core team)
You will be part of the requirementsengineering core team, which is responsible for the roll-out, continuoussupport and improvements on requirements engineering company-wide.
Education and experience
- Masters. Technical direction.
- Developing & managing requirementsof complex products
- Improving product developmentprocesses
- Hands on experience in changemanagement
- Preferably experience with ASMLdevelopment processes
