Role and responsibilities

• Demand/supply alignment
- Lead & participate demand alignment meeting and address concerns to internal stakeholders
- Reflect output on daily inbound/outbound schedule

• Material movement management
- Review logistic plan for inbound & outbound material movement to/from customer's cleanroom
- Schedule planning for rigger/forklift

• Manage LDA (Lay Down Area) in fab
- Secure LDA in customer cleanroom and Manage the space flexibly by aligning
- Conduct surveys on customer cleanroom lay-out
- Design moving path to secure logistic accessibility
- Fab Layout survey and update to stakeholders

• Scenario planning for EUV FRU(Freight Unit) move-in
- Pre-alignment with internal/external regarding moving-path, move-in sequence, dock occupation, dock checklist and so on

• Maintain long, mid and short term requirements
- Fab lay-out (including lay down area requirements)
- Dock
- Riggers

•Proper communication with internal / external stake-holders to improve logistic service level
•Preparation of report, logistics KPI report or etc. requested by customer

< Key Interfaces >
Internal: CS Engineers, PnA (Planning & Allocation, upgrade, install and relocation), 3PL shift-supervisor
External: Freight Forwarder, Riggers & Customer

Education and experience

• 3~5 years in supply chain field especially in logistics planning, 3PL management or other related

• University degree or above with major related logistics is preferred


• Fluency in English (Speaking & writing)
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Good collaboration in a team
• SAP operation and advanced Excel skill preferred
• Experience on logistics and the Implications / consequences of handling ASML (High-Tech) material
