As a GSC team member, we create values to customers by providing technical support to solve issues of E-beam inspection machines, as well as identifying and reporting structural issues to initiate continuous improvements. We also contribute to push the boundary of technology by supporting introduction of new products and transition to production. GSC is also good team players through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Role and responsibilities

(Remote / onsite) act as 3rd line technical support team, Global Support Center (GSC), to handle worldwide escalation issues of E-beam machines
(Remote / onsite) coordinate escalation process with related stakeholders to drive for timely and structural diagnostics
Contribute to quality technical documents including service procedures, escalation issue reports, and BKM
Collaborate with related stakeholders to take improvement measures as a post action of escalation diagnostics
Collaborate with related stakeholders to support NPI projects
Lead / support CS technical projects
Transfer knowledge within GSC / to CS through presentation session to help team skill up

Education and experience

You hold master degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or material science.

You possess either of the following both:
2 years in Secondary Electron Microscope operation (SEM), having knowledge of electron optics, experience of SEM repairment is highly preferred; or
2 years in motion control of wafer stage, having knowledge of mechanics / motion control ofwafer stage.
Having experience in technical support of semiconductor equipment is a plus, E-beam inspection or metrology tool is even preferred
