Introduction

Are you the Supply Chain Analyst that can drive cost and cycle time reductions throughout the end-2-end reverse supply chain? You are responsible to enable efficient re-use of returned materials by using analytics and creating intelligent reporting and closely collaborate with supply chain stakeholders troughed the entire supply chain process.

Job Mission
ASML is organizing a dedicated reverse supply chain organization that enable re-using of materials in our supply chain. This new team is looking for enthusiastic team members that want to drive and operationalize the reverse supply chain. This to ensure we re-use materials instead of buy new!

You will create inventory overviews that enable optimal execution of the reverse supply chain processes and create monthly reporting of reverse inventories. You will work together with key stakeholders in the end-2-end supply chain.

Job Description

  • Design & create tooling/reporting to support the reverse supply chain processes
  • Ensure data availability to support operational processes
  • Supports in prioritizing material to be processed
  • Prepares monthly reverse inventory overviews and forecasts outlook of inventory development
  • Participate/drive cross sector initiatives to connect inventory reports and identify improvement opportunities

Education
Relevant Master degree (e.g Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)

Experience

  • > 3 years’ experience in service supply chain management
  • Experience with working with large data sets and modeling techniques
  • Familiar with process flows/process mapping
  • Familiar with ERP – preferably SAP
  • Familiar with programming – preferably JAVA and VBA

Personal skills

  • Analytical, pro-active personality taking initiative
  • Business sense, commercial attitude and customer-focus
  • Proficient Excel and Access skills (needs to be able to change queries in Access)
  • Structured way of working (eye for detail)
  • Is able to both, speak and write, English and Dutch fluently
  • Communicates professionally
  • Is flexible, has no 9 to 5 mentality
  • Is process oriented
  • Is able to manage many stakeholders
  • Flexible, result driven and committed, ability to deal with resistance and organizational changes Relationship builder (internal and external)
