Role and responsibilities
As a (Project) Team Lead for Industrialization Engineering in the Tin Supply & Refill department, you plan, organize, and track all industrialization related activities of the Tin Supply and Refill functioning the industrialization team. These activities cover the complete scope of electronics, controls and automation, from architecture definition up to and including design review, procedure creation, integration, diagnostics, factory & onsite at Customers support, and transfer of deliverables to Operations, for both existing and new ASML products. Typical team size is 5-7FTE.The (Project) Team Lead is responsible for the following:•Set up and maintain a work breakdown and planning, including delivering input for staffing and budget;•Define deliverables of engineers, including coaching;•Execute the team plan, report on it, and pro-actively align it with the Project Leader, operational sectors, and suppliers;•Drive timely delivery of the technical implementation of design choices;•Secure the quality of the deliverables;•Drive the identification of bottlenecks by the team, prioritize them and implement recovery/mitigation actions;•Drive the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in the team;•Support Group Manager in group activities (i.e. organize group meetings, workshops, offsite, etc.)
Education and experience
Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
•Broad knowledge of electronics and controls in all its aspects: architecture, design, and integration;
•Broad knowledge of manufacturing and/or service processes
•Multiple years of experience as manufacturing and/or service engineering and/or with new product introduction
•Familiar with design processes
•Experience as Team Lead (for people and project) or Project Lead within technical projects is a plus.
