Role and responsibilities

Deliver technical support for the production and installation process and prevent technical disturbance from repeating.
Shorten disturbance time and create troubleshooting guild book.

Is able to work according standard work procedure and standard work package.
Is able to solve technical issues according to specifications and quality standards to secure no delivery delay (output vs. plan) within competence.
Is responsible for quickly resolution of technical disturbance in the factory or escalate to Production Engineers.
Is responsible for contributing in optimizing processes within own competence.
Is able to advise across departments on potential direction of solution/ improvement within competence.
Is able to use own developed skills (experience on the job) to find optimal solution for specific problems and resolve them.
Has in depth technical knowledge of competence, in other words: knows the effects of deviations within sub system/module on performance of that sub system/ module.
Is able to solve installation technical issues.

Education and experience

Physical, Mechanical, electrical (Master/Bachelor).
3 - 5 years

Other information

Trouble shooting team is dedicated on providing containment and level 1 root cause of disturbance, we not only support factory also installation activity, main challenge is to find root cause and provide containment as soon as possible ,we escalate structure issue to P.I.(performance improvement team.
