Role and responsibilities
The mission of the Engineering team is to design, integrate & validate sustainable and reliable state of the art EUV source technology. You work with multidisciplinary teams (physics, mechanics, mechatronics, software, electronics) and ensure an effective and smooth transfer to your internal customers (customer support, manufacturing). You know what our customers need and provide solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
ASML is using a high-power CO2 laser as part of their EUV source. As a Product Owner for the FFA (Final Focus Assembly) you deliver a Test Environment to our development teams to de-risk our next generation Source Laser Modules. This task requires you to lead a team of mostly 3rd party engineers to integrate existing hardware, new modules, functional models and custom-made facilities to enable a first-time right product development.
Education and experience
Physics, mechanical, electrical, electronic or mechatronics engineering. Experience in managing a small team or project and outsourced activities. Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) way of working is preferred. Knowledge of ASML internal processes is preferred.
