Role and responsibilities

As Commercial Shipments Coordinator you ship ASML machine systems and commercial upgrade packages to our customers and local warehouses. Your first responsibility is to enable and deliver commercial software enhancements towards all customers for all ASML machine systems worldwide. Your second responsibility is to ensure ASML machine systems and commercial upgrade packages will be shipped completely and on time to the correct location, oversee multiple commercial shipments at once and act upon last minute chances. Next,you will define, work out and implement improvements you encounter within your operational job.

All these processes ultimately enable ASML’s clients to continue improving the performance of the laptops, tablets and smartphones that we use.

In this role, you are responsible for the operational supply and enabling of commercial software enhancements for all ASML machine systems worldwide. You will be the first point of contact for local teams to get the latest information about software requests and you are responsible for adjusting equipment configurations with the highest level of compliancy.

Education and experience

  • Master degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Relevant experience within a supply chain environment is a pre;
  • Excellent verbal and written professional communication in English;
  • Experience with an ERP system is a pre
  • Act as a single point of contact, dealing with multiple cross sector stakeholders at the same time and balancing needs and interests
